Data is pulled live at the time of your scan. Listing accuracy depends on what businesses have submitted to Google. We do not use cached or pre-built databases.
No. The same ZIP code and category can be scanned by any customer. We do not offer exclusive territory rights.
No. Email addresses are not reliably available in Google's business listing data and are not included in the export. The CSV includes business name, category, phone (when listed), address, rating, review count, and opportunity score.
