1. Service Description

NoSiteLeads provides lead generation data identifying local businesses without websites. Data is sourced from Google Places API and is provided for informational and outreach purposes only.

2. Payment & Refunds

All sales are final. If your scan returns zero leads due to a technical error on our part, we will re-run the scan at no charge. No cash refunds are issued.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the data for legitimate business outreach. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the data for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes.

4. Data Accuracy

Lead data is sourced from Google Places API and is accurate at the time of scanning. We make no guarantees about the completeness or ongoing accuracy of the data.

5. Limitation of Liability

NoSiteLeads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
