Terms of Service

By using NoSiteLeads ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
NoSiteLeads provides a one-time-purchase lead generation service that identifies local businesses without websites using publicly available Google Maps data. Results are delivered as a CSV file to your email address.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use the data provided for legitimate business outreach and marketing purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the data for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes.
- Resell or redistribute the raw data to third parties.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our systems.
- Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
3. Payment and Refunds
All purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe. We do not offer refunds on completed scans, as the Google Maps API cost is incurred at scan time. If a technical failure on our part prevents delivery, we will rescan or issue a credit at our discretion.
4. Data Accuracy
Business data is sourced from the Google Maps Platform API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Some businesses may have websites not listed in their Google Business Profile. You are responsible for verifying leads before outreach.
5. Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and any applicable state laws. We are not liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of the data.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoSiteLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific scan giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
The NoSiteLeads platform, software, and branding are our intellectual property. The business data in your CSV is sourced from Google Maps and is subject to Google's terms of service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
